Couples Alliance Leadership Mission (CALM) is a 501(C)(3) charitable organization committed to helping relationships thrive. We believe that humans are inherently relational—and that individuals, families, and communities flourish when people are in alliance with one another.

CALM was founded out of a deep commitment to uplifting communities through the support of couples and families. Through education, research, and support, we equip couples with the knowledge and tools to lead at home and in society. Our impactful programs address the following areas, tailored for couples across North Carolina.

Health and well-being
Education
Economics and finance
Social Policy
Environment

At CALM, we believe in the power of partnership and engagement as essential drivers of lasting social impact—one couple at a time.

We recognize that children thrive when their parents maintain healthy relationships—regardless of their circumstances. That’s why CALM is inclusive of couples at all stages of their journey, including those who are co-parenting
